Improve this site: link to a new issue

When you click on the 'improve this page' we redirect visitors to the general link of the repo where the code of website is hosted. It would make more sense in my opinion of we said 'Improve this website' (more generic) and sent visitors to the issue list https://git.collective68.tech/works/websites/cloud68/issues.
